- Colonel Viktor Poznyak (born 25.09.1984)
- Head of the Investigation Department, Colonel Mykola Pochayevets (born 02.10.1981)
- Lieutenant Colonel Rafael Khamidulin (born 06.10.1984), who is Poznyak's deputy
- Oleksandr Smyrnykh (born 17.01.1990), responsible for working with the personnel
