The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has two allies: terror and winter. This was said during a conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine in Italy.

'Let's also focus on energy. Putin has only two real allies - terror and winter. We must respond to both', the president emphasized.
Zelensky also called for pressure on Russia, work on defense, and achieving a real ceasefire as soon as possible.
He expressed hope that the meetings will bring positive results, which will be important for the people.
The Ukrainian leader also stressed the need for joint efforts in the reconstruction of the country and planning for the return of Ukrainians home.
Today, Zelensky will meet with international leaders and partners, and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced the creation of a European fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
