The enemy is storming in small groups: border guards report on the situation in Sumy region.

The Russian occupation army is conducting combat operations using the tactics of small assault groups at the border of the Sumy region. However, this tactic does not allow the enemy to achieve its goals - to penetrate deep into Ukraine and capture border territories. This was reported by the spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS), Andriy Demchenko.
According to Demchenko, although this tactic is only used in the area between Yunakivka and Khotyn communities, it does not yield the expected results for the occupiers. They cannot advance further into Ukrainian territory or capture border areas.
Ukrainian forces hold back the enemy
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that Ukrainian troops managed to restrain and stop the enemy. Our military actively returns fire and inflicts significant losses on the occupiers - every day this amounts to dozens killed and wounded. 'And these are only the results in the areas of defense of the State Border Guard Service units, which are also nearby the Armed Forces of Ukraine,' emphasized Demchenko.
In the conflict zone at the border with Russia in the Sumy region, the occupation army uses the tactics of small assault groups but cannot succeed in advancing into Ukrainian territory due to strong resistance from Ukrainian military and border guards.
The statements from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine illustrate the importance and effectiveness of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in restraining the occupation army at the border, preventing it from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory and capturing new positions. The actions of Ukrainian military and border guards are aimed at preserving the territorial integrity of the country and protecting national interests.Read also
