Weekend for Ukrainian national team legionnaires: what awaits our footballers.


Greetings to all football fans! The upcoming weekend will be very busy for Ukrainian players invited to the national team. According to the Ukrainian Football Association, they will play over four days in various leagues and championships.
On Friday, April 18, Maksym Talovyerov will play for Plymouth against Middlesbrough in the English Championship. The match will start at 17:00 Kyiv Time.
On Saturday, April 19, Yegor Yarmolyuk will represent Brentford against Brighton, Vitaliy Mykolenko - Everton against Manchester City, and Illya Zabarniy - Bournemouth against Crystal Palace. All matches will begin at 17:00.
On that day, Oleksandr Svatok will play for Austin against Los Angeles Galaxy in the American MLS at 20:45. Artem Dovbyk will represent Roma against Verona in the 30th round of the Italian Serie A at 21:45. Anatoliy Trubin will play for Benfica against Gimarães in the Portuguese Primeira at 22:30.
On Sunday, April 20, Oleksandr Zinchenko will play for Arsenal against Ipswich in the EPL at 16:00. Andriy Lunin will play for Real against Athletic in the 33rd round of the Spanish La Liga at 22:00.
On Monday, April 21, Maksym Talovyerov will take the field again. His team Plymouth will play Coventry in the Championship at 17:00. Also, Viktor Tsygankov will play for Girona against Betis in the Spanish championship at 22:00.
Currently, Ukraine has started its journey to the Champions League semifinals. In the return match against Real Madrid, Arsenal won 2:1, giving a total score of 5:1 in favor of the English team. The second semifinal match between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich ended in a 2:2 draw, allowing Inter to advance with a total score of 4:3.
In the next stage, Arsenal will face Paris Saint-Germain, and Inter Milan will meet Barcelona. The first semifinal matches will take place on April 29 and 30, while the return matches are scheduled for May 6 and 7. The Champions League final is scheduled for May 31 in Munich at the Allianz Arena.
