The company 'Ukrenergo' has gained the opportunity to resolve debt issues in the electricity market and improve payment discipline.
To improve the debt situation, 'Ukrenergo' will direct income from the dispatcher management tariff in 2023-2024 to repay debts in the balancing market (45%), before the state enterprise 'Guaranteed Buyer' (45%), and to pay owners of household solar power plants for the electricity they produce (10%).
