The government has expanded the list of professions subject to mobilization deferral.

The government has expanded the list of sectors whose employees can be deferred from mobilization. Dental specialists, prosthetists, and technicians will be able to receive deferral under resolution No. 1362.
According to the resolution, military personnel who hold positions of orthotists, prosthetic technicians, prosthetic technologists, prosthetists, and mechanics of prosthetic and orthopedic products can receive deferral.
A condition for deferral is that employees must fulfill at least 50% of the work norm during the last three months.
The resolution also stipulates that military personnel of critical enterprises should receive a monthly salary during the period for which the draft deferral is granted, in an amount not less than 20,000 hryvnias. Municipal and state institutions are not subject to this requirement.
Additionally, businesses that implement humanitarian projects with funds from international partners must comply with new criteria approved by the Ministry of Reintegration.
From December 1, companies will be able to defer employees from mobilization only through the 'Diia' platform.
The mobilization goal may not be achieved
Ukraine plans to mobilize up to 160,000 people from November to February. However, military experts and Ukrainian officials express doubts about reaching this goal, stating that it is more realistic to expect about 100,000 people.
