Ukrainian band claims that 'Kvartal 95' illegally used their song.

Band Zwyntar against the use of their music by 'Kvartal 95' studio
The band Zwyntar announced the wrongful use of music from their song 'Mexican' by the 'Kvartal 95' studio. In October, during a concert, 'Kvartal 95' used the band's music, creating a 'derivative work' and publishing a video on YouTube.
The band denies ever giving permission for the use of their music and considers it a violation of copyright. They categorically state that the 'parody work' created by the studio shows no signs of parody and harms their reputation.
“This is unacceptable and a blow to our reputation. We firmly believe that the 'parody work' created by 'Kvartal 95' shows no signs of parody and is a violation of our rights,” the band states.
The band considers such unauthorized use outrageous and claims that it damages their reputation. They also point out that references to their work on an unofficial YouTube channel complicate the possibility of contesting through a YouTube strike.
It is also worth noting that the studio previously received permission to use Russian language in its films, and actress Olena Kravets commented on her dismissal from 'Kvartal 95'.
