Ukrainians explained how to get the full amount of subsidy.

Subsidies for the heating season: next steps and details
To receive a subsidy for the entire heating season, Ukrainians need to submit documents by the end of November. If you apply after December 1, the subsidy will be credited only from the month of document submission.
From October 1, Ukraine begins the process of accruing subsidies for the heating period, and this process has its own characteristics.
Given the increase in the overall cost of utilities, the amount of subsidies for this season will be higher than in previous years. However, it is important to know that there are only two months to apply for a subsidy for the entire heating season.
The subsidy is calculated individually for each household depending on its financial condition and utility costs. At the same Time, heating payments are one of the key components of the subsidy for the autumn-winter period.
Accruing subsidies for the heating season
For the heating season, the subsidy is accrued only for 15 days of October. This means that even if heating in your city started later, the subsidy will still be accrued for half a month.
Recipients will see the subsidy for October in their accounts in November.
Details of submitting documents for the subsidy
Those who are applying for a subsidy for the first time need to submit documents by the end of November. If you submit documents after December 1, the subsidy will be credited only from the month of application.
Not everyone needs to submit new documents for the subsidy. However, in some cases, document submission is mandatory.
You can apply for a subsidy online through the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in person at the Pension Fund office, or through postal submissions.
