There were failures in the Reserves+ application: the Ministry of Defense named the reason.

Due to temporary technical problems in the 'Reserves+' application, there were difficulties in updating documents due to selective access to the 'Trembita' system.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported this on February 23.
According to the Ministry's information, the 'Trembita' system, which provides interaction with state registries, currently has problems. However, all previously issued documents remain valid.
To avoid potential problems, users are advised to keep their military ID in PDF format on their smartphones. The technical team is already working on restoring the stable operation of the application. 'Interaction will be restored soon,' the Ministry of Defense assured.
It is worth noting that the 'Reserves+' system introduces new conditions for granting online deferrals from mobilization, where automatic extensions are currently limited due to technical peculiarities in the interaction between registries.
It is also worth noting that automatic extensions of deferrals remain for people with disabilities who have certificates from the Pension Fund, as well as for students, postgraduates, and doctoral candidates.
As reported, to prevent potential technical malfunctions, experts recommend carrying paper documents on reservations and keeping the military ID on smartphones in PDF format.
It should also be noted that more than ten thousand young Ukrainians have expressed a desire to conclude a voluntary one-year contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the 'Reserves+' mobile application.
