The 'Reserve+' has received a deferment from mobilization for another category of people.

Students, graduate students, and doctoral students can again obtain deferments through the Unified State Electronic Database on Education. This was previously impossible due to technical issues. This was reported by Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.
«Everything works! Interaction with the Unified State Electronic Database on Education has been established. This means that we are returning deferments for students, graduate students, and doctoral students in «Reserve+», - the message states.
In addition, Chernohorenko noted that work is underway to restore other types of deferments to the «Reserve+» and updates will be communicated in this direction.
It was also announced that the functioning of the Unified and State Registers of the Ministry of Justice, which were damaged as a result of a cyberattack by the Russian Federation in January, has been restored.
The government also decided on the necessity of full reservation of employees of medical institutions of state and communal ownership, such as public health institutions, blood centers, and institutions conducting forensic and forensic psychiatric examinations.
It is important to note that the presence of a deferment or reservation from mobilization does not exempt Ukrainians from the obligation to appear at the territorial recruitment center upon summons and update their data, as reported by Larysa Kozak, Deputy Head of the District Territorial Recruitment Center in Kyiv.
