The Ministry of Defense clarified how to generate an electronic referral for the VLK in Reserve+.

New opportunities for conscripts
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced the launch of a new application for conscripts - Reserve+. This application allows for obtaining an electronic referral for passing the military-medical commission (VLK) online, without the need to visit the territorial recruitment center (TCK).
With Reserve+, conscripts can authorize and submit a request for an electronic referral to the VLK. After submitting the request, they will receive a notification within a day with the necessary information for planning the examination.
This service can be used by those who have not yet received a summons for the VLK. However, paper summonses remain and continue to be sent by regular mail.
It is worth noting that the VLK decision on fitness is valid for one year from the date of the medical examination, so medical information needs to be updated annually.
It is also emphasized that individuals with the status of 'limited fit' must undergo a repeat VLK examination within the designated Time frames, even if they have a deferment or postponement.
