Civilians died as a result of a drone attack in Kherson region
A tragic event occurred in Kherson, where two civilians were killed in a drone attack. This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office on social media.
According to the investigation, on November 17, Russian soldiers carried out an explosive attack by dropping explosives from a drone onto a car driven by a resident of Kherson. The driver suffered fatal injuries. Currently, the identity of the deceased is being established.
On the same day, around 11:00, Russian soldiers dropped an explosive device from a drone in the village of Antonivka, which resulted in the death of a 51-year-old woman.
Law enforcement agencies have begun an investigation into these criminal events.
It should be reminded that on November 17, Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine, striking with 120 missiles and 90 drones. The main target of the attack was the country's energy infrastructure. Numerous injuries and fatalities were reported as a result of the shelling.
