The TCC may fine some women — who does this concern.

Due to the state of war and general mobilization in Ukraine, certain categories of women are also subject to military registration. If this law is violated, the TCC may impose fines on these women. This was stated by lawyer Anastasia Rudenko in an interview with UNIAN.
According to current legislation, women with medical or pharmaceutical education must register with the TCC and SP, the lawyer noted. However, she reassured that this registration procedure does not mean automatic conscription into the Armed Forces or restrictions on the right to cross the state border.
This registration is a legal requirement for forming a reserve of qualified medical specialists in conditions of military conflict threat. However, no one prohibits women with medical education from voluntarily serving as contractors who protect Ukrainian heroes.
Size of fines for women from TCC
Administrative responsibility is provided for violations of military registration rules. Fines may range from 850 to 1700 hryvnias for the first violation, and up to 2550 hryvnias for repeated violations within a year. In addition, women with medical education who are not registered with the TCC and SP may face problems with official employment.
It was previously stated that the National Security and Defense Council rejects the possibility of mobilizing women, and a draft law has been presented that will allow certain state bodies to reserve employees.
