TCC employees caught the man, beat him and dragged him into a van. After that, they hit him several times with the car door on the head. Result: broken ribs, punctured lung. At first, TCC employees did not want to provide him with medical assistance and took him to the VLK. But the commission doctor insisted on hospitalization. And this saved his life

In a comment, the command of the Odesa regional TCC and SP stated that an internal investigation had already been initiated regarding the incident. The military personnel who were on the scene will be given an official assessment in accordance with current legislation.
