Ukraine is soon expecting a sharp cold snap and its first snow. This was reported by meteorologist Ihor Kibalchich.
According to experts' forecasts, significant changes in weather conditions will occur at the beginning of November due to active cyclonic activity in northern Europe.
The first precipitation in the form of snow is forecasted for November 2. On this day, unstable and windy weather with light rain is expected. In the northern and some western regions, wet snow and snow pellets are expected.
On November 2, the air temperature will fluctuate between +6 and +11 degrees, while in the western and northern regions, it will be a bit cooler, ranging from +2 to +7 degrees.
On November 3, a further decrease in temperature is expected. At night, thermometers will show from -3 to +2 degrees, and during the day the air will warm up to +2...+7 degrees.
In the north and west of the country, rain with wet snow is expected. In other regions of Ukraine, significant precipitation is not anticipated.
It is noted that before the sharp cold snap, relatively warm and calm weather will prevail in Ukraine without significant precipitation, meteorologists report.
