Work in Poland. Who poses the greatest competition for Ukrainians.

Ukrainians are the largest group of foreign workers in Poland
Nearly 780 thousand Ukrainians officially work in Poland, accounting for 66.7% of all foreign workers. This data was provided by the director of the recruitment department at Gremi Personal, Anna Dzhobolda.
According to Dzhobolda, Ukrainians are the largest group of foreign workers, traditionally remaining in first place throughout the year. However, due to a shortage of Ukrainian workers, Poland must attract workers from Asia, Africa, and South America.
Despite the international nature of the labor market, Polish employers still prefer Ukrainian workers due to their diligence and ability to adapt quickly. However, analysts predict that in the future, the demand for workers from Asia and Africa will begin to rise.
According to a Randstad study, more than half of the foreigners working in Poland plan to link their professional future with this country. This desire is particularly expressed by those who have professional education and are qualified for their roles.
