Zelensky stated about Ukraine's independence

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at a press conference with the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel reported that Ukraine is an independent state and has the right to grant permission for the deployment of foreign forces on its territory. President Pavel supported this idea and noted that decisions regarding the deployment of peacekeeping forces in the country will be made by individual states.

According to Zelensky, it is currently too early to talk about the details of the deployment of peacekeepers, as a peace agreement has not yet been concluded in Ukraine. It is also not discussed which specific troops will be deployed and who will send them. However, Pavel emphasized that Ukraine has supported the idea of a complete ceasefire, but Russia has refused it.

Moreover, the President of the Czech Republic stated that Vladimir Putin has all the necessary maps to end the war in Ukraine, but still does not show a desire to do so. He also stated that the Czech Republic will continue supplying ammunition to Ukraine until 2026.

Ukraine is an independent state. Therefore, only it will grant permission for the deployment of foreign forces.
