Former MP Oleksandr Yefremov and ex-MP Renat Kuzmin participated in a propaganda event in Moscow, where they discussed the future of Ukraine. According to the 'Glavkom' portal, Kuzmin, who is suspected of state treason, was also present at the event.
In 2024, President Zelensky deprived 34 individuals of state awards, including pro-Russian politicians Viktor Medvedchuk, Renat Kuzmin, Oleksandr Yefremov, and others. Kuzmin and Yefremov are also suspected of state treason, and Kuzmin was deprived of Ukrainian citizenship in 2023. Yefremov fled to Russia after the invasion and currently resides in Moscow; he is also suspected of collaborating with the 'LPR' and other actions aimed against Ukraine.
The participation of Oleksandr Yefremov and Renat Kuzmin in the propaganda event in Moscow sparked outrage in Ukrainian society, and their future steps may have consequences for their status in Ukraine.
