Additionally, the Social Register will be integrated with the Electronic Health System. It will contain information about individuals with disabilities, their health status, medical assistance requests, diagnoses, and more.
The register will also interact with the database on state border crossings, including the Electronic Personal Social Case, the Individual, Family, and Household Social Registration Card, information on current social statuses, and the history of social assistance requests.
The creation of the Unified Social Register will allow the consolidation of all registers, databases, and other electronic resources of the social sphere into one system, which will facilitate efficient and targeted state support delivery.
