Not only slugs — Moscow awaits a new invasion.

A number of Russian regions in the European part of the Russian Federation, particularly Moscow, are under attack by a large number of mosquitoes. Scientists explained that the reason for this is the rise in temperature in these regions.
Mosquitoes in Moscow
The capital of Russia is expecting a true invasion of mosquitoes in the coming days.
In addition to Moscow, other regions in this part of the Russian Federation will also experience an invasion of insects - from north to south.
Reason for the mosquito attack
The rise in temperature in the western regions of Russia contributes to the proliferation of insects, leading to this extraordinary phenomenon.
It is forecasted that the peak of the mosquito attack on Moscow will occur on the 19th and last for about two weeks.
This will already be the second natural disaster in the capital, following the several-week invasion of giant slugs, which has also been recorded in the region.
According to scientific research, the rise in temperature in the region has caused a rapid proliferation of mosquitoes, leading to a significant increase in their numbers. This could become a serious problem for residents and tourists in Moscow and other regions facing this extraordinary phenomenon.
