The Ministry of Energy has approved the anti-corruption program for 2025-2027. The program includes measures to reduce or eliminate major corruption risks in the activities of the Ministry of Energy. The document contains comprehensive measures aimed at preventing, detecting, and combating corruption in the Ministry. The goal of this program is to ensure compliance with integrity standards, implementation of anti-corruption legislation, and creation of mechanisms to prevent corrupt violations. The priority areas for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program are staffing, adherence to financial control requirements, prevention and regulation of conflicts of interest, public procurement, management of financial and material resources, as well as organization of the review of reports on violations of anti-corruption legislation.
To foster an anti-corruption culture among the employees of the Ministry of Energy, it is planned to conduct educational activities on anti-corruption legislation and widely inform about anti-corruption programs. The sector for preventing and detecting corruption in the Ministry of Energy will monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program. As part of these functions, timely execution of measures and control over the management of corruption risks will be analyzed.
