According to the Ambassador of the European Union to Ukraine, Katerina Maternova, the EU has no specific limitations or 'red lines' regarding a potential agreement with the USA on minerals in Ukraine. She also noted that negotiations with the Ukrainian authorities regarding this agreement have begun.
Katerina Maternova expressed her optimism about the transfer of 2 million artillery shells from EU member states to Ukraine by the end of the year. According to her, active discussions are ongoing with these countries, and at the moment our intentions regarding the transfer seem more optimistic than a few weeks ago.
