New Attacks by Russian Occupants
In the past day, militants carried out one missile strike and 74 air strikes, using 1317 kamikaze drones. They also opened more than 4700 firing positions against Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements, employing 121 combined artillery fire.
Situation on the Front
According to the report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of May 6 at 22:00, 119 combat clashes were recorded. Ukrainian forces continue to defend the territory of the country from the aggressor.
The most tense situation has developed in the Pokrovsk, Lyman, and Novopavlivka directions. Russian occupants have suffered significant losses, losing 161 personnel killed and wounded in the Pokrovsk direction, along with equipment and machinery.
Events in Other Directions
- In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy's eighth attack was recorded.
- The enemy attempted to break through three times in the Kupiansk direction, but Ukrainian forces repelled the attacks.
- The Lyman direction remains one of the most intense, where our forces repelled 15 attacks and continue to defend.
- In the Kramatorsk direction, enemy attacks were also repelled.
- In the Toretsk direction, there were six offensive actions, one combat clash is ongoing.

- In the Pokrovsk direction, the invaders attempted to penetrate 46 times, but Ukrainian forces held their positions.
- In the Novopavlivka direction, 15 enemy attacks were recorded, one combat clash is ongoing.
- In the Kursk direction, Russian occupants attempted to break through 10 times, opening 268 artillery fires on Ukrainian military positions.
