When can Ukraine become a member of the EU? The EU Commissioner named the terms.

Ukraine can become an EU member within five years - EU Commissioner
The EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, stated that Ukraine has the opportunity to become a member of the European Union within the next five years, if all necessary reforms are carried out. This was reported by DW.
According to Oliver Varhelyi, additional tools have been created for Ukraine, Moldova, and the Western Balkan countries to help them accelerate reform.
These tools are called the "Growth Plan" and the "Plan of Ukraine", depending on the country. With these plans, we have made it possible for the Western Balkan countries, Moldova, and Ukraine to complete reforms and prepare for EU accession by the end of the next mandate of the European Commission
Earlier, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal noted that Ukraine has an ambitious goal to be ready to join the European Union by the end of 2025.
Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Péter Szijjártó, believes that the issue of Ukraine's and Moldova's readiness to join the EU should be considered separately, as there are serious problems related to Ukraine. He also stated that many countries are double-dealing when it comes to EU enlargement.
