Ukrainian producer Ihor Kondratiuk harshly criticized the artist Andrii Danilko, known for his character Verka Serdiuchka. The showman sharply reacted to the language scandal surrounding the star.

The producer expressed his position on 'Sley Show'.

Ihor Kondratiuk 'destroyed' Verka Serdiuchka

The producer was outraged that during the full-scale war, Serdiuchka continues to perform with his Russian-language songs.

'Not everyone has brains. This is the only answer. Multiply Verka Serdiuchka and her Russian-language songs by zero. He doesn't care that Ukrainian books are being burned, Ukrainian flags are being burned, Ukrainian military is being shot. Not all talented people are smart.', — Kondratiuk expressed.

According to the producer, Danilko could easily translate all his hits into Ukrainian and people would continue to listen to them and attend his concerts.

'Translate the song 'Dolche Gabana', it has a chorus in Ukrainian. Just change two sounds at the end. He doesn't do that. 'Lasha Tumbay' is an amazing song. In what language is 'Lasha Tumbay'? In no language. This is the stupid principle of Andrii Danilko.', — said Kondratiuk.

It is worth noting that the loud scandal surrounding Andrii Danilko arose after he sang songs in Russian at one of his concerts. Language ombudsman Taras Kremin pointed this out. However, it later became known that no sanctions would be imposed against the artist.

Meanwhile, at a concert in Odesa, Verka Serdiuchka sharply replied to her haters from the stage.

Amid the scandal, Anastasia Prykhodko also stated that she would sing songs in Russian.

Ihor Kondratiuk expressed strong disapproval during the interview on 'Sley Show' regarding Verka Serdiuchka's performances with Russian-language songs during the war. After the language scandal that occurred, he believes that artists like Andrii Danilko should translate their hits into Ukrainian to support Ukrainian culture and the country's image.
