"North Korean troops attacking Ukraine from Russian territory or entering Ukrainian territory should be a red line for the US and NATO. Your administration must clearly and unequivocally state this," - noted in Turner's letter to Biden.
Turner called for an urgent closed briefing for the Intelligence Committee regarding the possible involvement of DPRK troops in expanding the conflict in Ukraine.
