How has the work of the government changed after numerous personnel changes: survey.

Most Ukrainians believe that nothing will change in the activity of the Cabinet of Ministers despite the new appointments. This is reported by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology. According to the survey results, 74% of citizens believe that the situation will remain the same after the latest changes, 12% expect improvements, and 6% - worsening.
Executive Director of KIIS Anton Hrushetsky notes that initially the attitude towards the government significantly improved after the full-scale invasion, but soon the mood of the population began to deteriorate.
As it turned out, in May 2024, only 14% of Ukrainians satisfactorily assessed the government's work, 34% had a neutral attitude, and 50% - negative. Hrushetsky notes that currently there is neither great enthusiasm for the changes nor persistent dissatisfaction.
Let us remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers carried out personnel rotations. Mykhailo Yanchuk was dismissed from the position of head of the State Agency of Water Resources, and Ihor Hopchak will temporarily fulfill his duties.
Deputy Ministers of Defense were also dismissed at the proposal of Rustem Umerov. Serhiy Boiev was appointed as the new deputy, who, according to the minister, has extensive experience in European defense structures.
Serhiy Sukhomlyn became the head of the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine. He was the former mayor of Zhytomyr.
