Booking at 25 — is it mandatory to go to the TCC.

Booking from mobilization is only available to employees who have the status of a conscript. Recruits cannot take advantage of this opportunity.
Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan reported this on the 'Lawyers.UA' portal.
Are recruits being booked
Enterprises that are key to the Ukrainian economy during wartime can book their employees during martial law.
The lawyer received a request from a citizen who will soon turn 25 years old and who is currently a recruit, not a conscript.
This man was interested in whether he could actually be booked at work only after reaching the age of 25.
'Yes, you are right. To be eligible for booking, you need to be on the record of conscripts, as recruits do not have the right to booking,' confirmed lawyer Aivazyan.
Is it necessary to visit the TCC to change status
The lawyer explained that the citizen will need to personally visit the territorial recruitment center or change status to conscript remotely.
'You need to have data in the Unified Register that you are registered in the TCC as a conscript, but visiting the center itself is not mandatory,' explained the lawyer.
Thus, visiting the territorial recruitment center is not mandatory, as the status can be changed remotely.
It is also worth mentioning that earlier we wrote about the possibility of booking from mobilization without updated military registration data, as well as changes in the booking process that occurred in July 2025.
